Workshop of introduction to the world of wine, presenting the most relevant content, from its production to the technique of tasting it, with certification. After the course the participants and staff join in a convivial lunch and tertulia with the opportunity to taste some of the gastronomic riches of the region. The course will be given by a sommelier from the Portuguese Sommelier Association and also wine producers from the region.
