How can I contact Ticketline?
You can contact us via email at ticketline@ticketline.pt, by phone at 707 234 234, or for calls made from abroad, you can reach us at 00 351 21 794 14 00. You can also visit us in person at Edifício Arcis, Rua Ivone Silva, nº 6 - 8º esquerdo - 1050-124 Lisboa, Portugal, from Monday to Friday, between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. For reservations and information, the number 1820 is available 24 hours a day.

Is there a service fee for online sales?
There is a 6% service fee plus VAT, which is charged per transaction and indicated at the time of purchase.

How can I pay?
The website accepts payments via Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or via MBNet), Paypal, Wallet, Multibanco Reference, and MBWay (the latter two are only accepted in Portugal).

How quickly will the charge appear on my card?
It depends on the payment method chosen. You can always check with your bank.

Is it safe to pay with cards?
Yes, you can do so securely through our secure server, which encrypts all information sent. A secure connection is established between your browser and our server using "secure server software" (SSL). To enhance security, you will be asked for a second number located on the back of your card, called CVV2.

Can I buy tickets on the day of the event?
If the venue has the option for an ELECTRONIC TICKET, the event will be available for purchase until the event's start time. If this option is not available, events will be active until 24 hours before the session begins. On the day of the event, you can also purchase your tickets at Ticketline Headquarters, through Sales Points, and directly at the venue.

How many tickets can I buy on the website per transaction for an event?
A maximum of 10 tickets per event. At other Sales Points, unless stated otherwise, you can purchase the quantity you wish.

Can I buy tickets for more than one event?
Yes, just click on HOME. You can purchase 10 tickets per event.

If I make a purchase on the website, how do I pick up the tickets?
During the purchase process, you will be allowed to choose the delivery method for your tickets: at the event location (during the 2 hours preceding the event); by mail (registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt); express service (only available in Portugal with delivery in the morning or afternoon, and only accessible up to 4 days before the event).

Can I receive my tickets by mail?
Yes, but only if the purchase is made more than 7 days in advance. The tickets will be sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. If you are not at the address provided, you can pick them up at the CTT counter by presenting the acknowledgment of receipt and your ID card.

How does the ELECTRONIC TICKET work?
An .pdf document will be sent to your email, with the ticket attached. The validation is done through a barcode directly at the venue entrance. To view the e-ticket correctly, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed (you can download it for free).

How do I know if the purchase was successful?
Once you select the desired tickets, fill in your personal details, and choose how you wish to receive the tickets, you must complete the purchase by entering your credit card or other payment method details, confirming the entire transaction. A Confirmation Page and/or your Electronic Ticket will automatically appear on the screen and be sent to your email. If you do not receive the Confirmation Page and/or Electronic Ticket, please contact ticketline@ticketline.pt.

Can someone else pick up the tickets I bought on the website?
Yes. The representative, properly identified, should go to the Ticketline headquarters or the event location, carrying an authorization signed by the ticket holder and a copy of their ID.

Can I change the address to which I want the tickets to be sent?
Yes, by sending an email to ticketline@ticketline.pt in time for the change to be made.

What is the age limit for events?
When selecting the event you want, you will find the age classification.

Are there discounts for groups, families, seniors, children, or students?
If there are discounts, you will find this information in the event's pricing. Proof of discount must be presented on the day of the event.

I bought a ticket but now I cannot attend the event. Will I be refunded?
No. As stated on the ticket and indicated on the website and other sales outlets, exchanges and/or returns are not accepted.

What if the event I bought tickets for is canceled?
If you purchased through the website or made a reservation by calling 707 234 234, you will be contacted. If you bought elsewhere, the refund will be made within the stipulated period after the cancellation directly at the place where you purchased the tickets.

I purchased a ticket with insurance, but I cannot attend the event. How can I be reimbursed?

In case the event is postponed, do I have to return the tickets?
It depends on the instructions provided by the event promoter. Contact ticketline@ticketline.pt.

If my tickets are stolen, what should I do?
First, file a report with the police, then contact Ticketline, who will assess the situation.

What should I do if I want to gift a ticket and don’t know which event the person wants to attend?
You can opt for purchasing a Ticketline Gift Voucher available in the following amounts: 5, 10, 20, or 50 euros. The voucher can then be exchanged for the desired ticket at the Ticketline headquarters.

I don't have a credit card, how can I buy the tickets?
At the Ticketline headquarters (Edifício Arcis, Rua Ivone Silva, nº 6 - 8º esquerdo - 1050-124, Monday to Friday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
