Tickets

The Confirmation Page / Electronic Ticket is the sole responsibility of the customer, who guarantees its proper use.

Duplication or resale of the Confirmation Page / Electronic Ticket will prevent free access to the venue, for which Ticket Line SA is not responsible and is exempt from any liability.

The presentation of proof of discount is mandatory when entering the venue. It is the customer's responsibility to always check the details on the Confirmation Page / Electronic Ticket and to keep the ticket until the end of the event it corresponds to.

The electronic ticket is valid upon presentation of identification, if requested by ushers or other responsible staff members.

Transaction Costs

In addition to the total value of the transaction, operational costs and VAT at the applicable legal rate are added, depending on the selected event.

These operational costs apply to all purchases made on www.ticketline.pt.

Exchanges and Refunds

No exchanges and/or refunds are made for online purchases, except when the event undergoes changes outside the customer’s control or is canceled. The resolution of this matter is the responsibility of the event promoter, and Ticket Line cannot, under any circumstances, assume the obligations and responsibilities of the promoter.

For events held outdoors or dependent on weather conditions, the event promoter is not obligated to refund the ticket price if the event is canceled or altered.

If an event is canceled, postponed, or a refund is requested due to force majeure, Ticket Line SA will not reimburse the operational costs and shipping costs (if applicable).

At the Event

Unless otherwise stated, entry into the venue is not allowed while the event is ongoing. Smoking is prohibited in the venue; animals, cameras, video recording devices, audio recorders, and dangerous items are also prohibited.

The purchase of a ticket on ticketline.pt or official sales points implies acceptance of all the conditions described above.
