Right of Free Resolution
Under the terms of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of 14 February, applicable to contracts concluded at a distance, you have the right to freely withdraw from a new contract, without stating a reason, within 14 days from the date of its conclusion, with regard to the purchase of a Gift Voucher.
If you wish to exercise your legal right of free withdrawal from your Gift Voucher purchase within the above-mentioned period, all payments you have made will be refunded to you by the same means by which they were made, no later than 14 days after we have received your communication.
Regarding the right of free withdrawal, please note that it does not apply to the sale of tickets.
